Membership Levels

Founding Membership

Available for the first 50 guests who apply. Founding members pay monthly with a 12-month commitment and enjoy the benefits of Harmony (top tier) members. Visits begin upon opening in June.

Grace Membership

For those who play 1-2 times weekly. They enjoy a welcome gift, one guest pass, one birthday beverage and a 10% discount on most tile, mat and rack purchases over $250. Discounts are available for those who prefer to make a one-time 6- or 12-month payment. Visits begin upon opening in June.

Harmony Membership

For those who play up to 4 times weekly. They enjoy our richest benefits including a welcome gift, three guest passes, one birthday bottle of wine, and a 10% discount on all tile, mat and rack purchases. They also receive a 10% discount on lessons and space rental as well as an exclusive invitation to our Private Harmony Member Sales. Discounts on Harmony Memberships are available for those who prefer to make a one-time 6- or 12-month payment. Visits begin upon opening in June.

FAQs

I'm not sure I'm ready to make a membership commitment yet.  Can I still play at Heron House?

Of course! Our $25 pay-to-play option is great for busy folks who prefer to drop in once in a while rather than make a longer term commitment.

What if I pay $25 to play and pay as I visit, but then decide I love it and want to enroll in a membership?

That happens a lot. We're happy to credit your $25 payment toward the cost of your membership if you enroll at the time of your visit. We will not be able to honor that $25 credit if you return on a subsequent day and request to enroll in membership.

What can I expect from the Harmony Member Private Sale?

These events will occur quarterly at Heron House and include both new and gently used product at a discount.

Why only a 10% discounts on tiles, mats and racks?

Most mahjong vendors limit the amount that retailers can discount their products. Should we offer a richer discount, it would put our wholesale contracts in jeopardy, meaning we would risk losing access to your favorite brands. Select exclusions are made based on vendor requirements.

How do I upgrade my membership if I determine I want to play more than I originally planned?

It's easy to upgrade your account from a Grace to a Harmony member. Just speak with one of our associates on your next visit and we'll help you do that. 

Can I cancel my membership?

We'd hate to see you go, but know sometimes life gets in the way, so we want to do our best to help.

Grace and Harmony members who have enrolled for 6 and 12 month periods of time can be canceled at their request at the conclusion of the current month. Your monthly fee can be recalculated at the full monthly rate ($149 or $179) for the months already enrolled and then the balance left unrealized will be refunded when the membership is canceled at the start of the new month.
